男,博士,研究员,博士生导师,德国洪堡学者。2003年获得中国科学院研究生院博士学位(中德联合培养)。回国前,作为博士后、洪堡学者和客座研究员在德国明斯特大学从事研究工作。现任中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所资源工程与环境修复研究室主任,中国科学院大学岗位教授,中国科学院特聘骨干人才。
国家自然科学基金委“杰出青年科学基金”获得者(2016)。
获得15届候德封矿物岩石地球化学青年科学家奖;获得2013年度“中国科学院青年科学家国际合作奖”。
获得包括2016年度高等学校科学研究自然科学一等奖在内的省部级科技奖4项。

I. 环境质量评估与环境修复
主要从事环境质量评估和生物地球化学循环等研究,聚焦重金属、面源等污染物方法研发、来源、迁移过程、风险评估和模型方法等关键科学和技术问题,利用多硫、碳、氮、铅、镉、锌、铁、汞、多氧(硫酸盐、磷酸盐、硝酸盐、碳酸盐)等多同位素技术和元素分析方法,定性和定量分析污染来源和迁移转化过程。
开展镉、铬、砷等重金属污染的超富集植物及耐性植物的筛选和修复机理等研究,并将镉等同位素技术与植物生理学相结合,研究植物富集和耐性机理,并进行环境质量评估和土壤重金属污染修复。
II. 地球环境演变
把不同形态碳和多硫等同位素、稀土元素和微量元素等方法,运用到生物地球化学循环的关键问题研究中,研究地球重要历史时期大气变化、生物进化与地球环境演化之间的关系等科学问题。
