男，1983年生于山西太原，中国科学院-哈佛大学联合培养博士，现就职于中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所,副研究员。曾就职于中国城市规划设计研究院，兼任中国地理学会政治地理与地缘关系专业委员会委员、亚洲开发银行咨询专家等。主持或参与国家自然科学基金、国家发改委、国家开发银行等部、省、市委托项目30多项，参与完成咨询报告4份。先后发表学术论文60多篇，参编著作6部，主编专著2本。
