博士,现任中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所研究员,博士生导师,资源与环境信息系统国家重点实验室副主任。就读于解放军测绘学院摄影测量与遥感专业,获学士学位和硕士学位;就读于中国科学院地理研究所,获博士学位。曾受聘于日本宇宙开发事业团(地球观测研究中心EORC),开展陆地卫星相关算法研发;2002年作为海外人才引进入所。中国地理信息系统协会理论与方法专业委员会委员。
研究领域和研究方向
长期从事遥感影像地学理解与分析计算、多特征遥感信息协同智能化提取,以及海洋海岸带遥感与地理信息系统综合集成与应用等方向的研究与系统开发。
近期研究方向包括:复杂自然场景高分辨率遥感智能处理技术;遥感大数据的地学知识表征与知识图谱构建;地表要素精细尺度遥感智能解译等。并直接应用于全球海岸带典型资源要素遥感提取与时空演变分析,服务于东南亚可持续发展评估和海洋动力灾害海岸带风险评估。
主要研究成果
构建了遥感影像认知模型和多源信息协同计算模式为核心的遥感影像地学理解与智能计算的理论与方法体系,在高性能遥感影像智能计算与专题信息提取方面取得较大突破。以复杂变化的地表覆被和海岸带海洋遥感信息系统为主要目标,经过多年的持续研究,极大地提升了相关领域中遥感的实用能力。发表相关学术论文 100 多篇,其中 SCI 收录 60 多篇,授权发明专利 10 多项,合著出版《中国海洋战略边疆》《海岸带遥感综合技术与实例研究》、《遥感影像地学理解与分析》等学术理论专著8部。获国家科技进步二等奖1 项、省部级一等奖 3 项。
