男，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。2009年9月博士后出站留所工作(2018.3-2019.7在美国Dartmouth College访学)。中国民航局民航低空地理信息与航路重点实验室总工程师，中国卫生信息与健康医疗大数据学会卫生地理信息专委会秘书长，中国自然资源学会自然资源信息系统专业委员会委员，高级程序员、信息系统高级项目管理师（工信部和人社部），高级工程师（中国卫星通讯集团）。曾获中国卫生信息学会优秀论文奖，测绘科技进步一等奖，中国自然资源学会青年科技奖，地理信息科技进步三等奖等；研发的系统获国家重点新产品、北京市金桥奖等。

研究领域和方向

主要从事：（1）环境与健康时空信息分析与建模；（2）无人机遥感数据挖掘与深度学习；（3）GIS和RS应用理论研究、软件体系架构和软件研发。

科研业绩

多年来坚持研究同时不放弃软件系统开发，先后主持或参与国家重点研发计划、国家科技重大专项、国家高分辨率对地观测重大专项、国家科技支撑计划、中科院知识创新、中德国际合作、世行贷款等项目和课题50多项。完成100余个应用平台/应用系统的开发，参与取得软件著作权100余项，独立取得软件著作权证书48项；取得国家授权发明专利12项；发表各类科研论文80余篇，其中SCI/SSCI论文40余篇（中科院分区二区及以上20多篇）；SCI期刊International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health专刊（Geo-Environment and Geo-Health: Interdisciplinarity, Fusion and Application）特邀学术编辑；合作专著1部，参与编写专著2部，标准1册。撰写咨询报告6份，其中4份被中央办公厅/国务院办公厅采纳，3份被国家领导人批示。
