　　Lecture： South South Capacity Building for Ecosystem   

　　　　Management in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS)  

　　　　Guest Speaker：Loo Min Jet, PhD  

　　　　Biodata： Dr. Loo Min Jet is the project manager and focal point for a United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)'s project: South South Capacity Building for Ecosystem Management in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS). He is currently working actively in Thailand, Lao PDR, Cambodia, Vietnam, Yunnan China and Myanmar. He specializes in ecosystem services, ecosystem assessment, IPBES processes and scenario development for ecosystem management. He has a rich experience in workshop facilitation, negotiation, awareness raising, engaging stakeholders, intergovernmental processes and bridging science-policy interface. A Malaysian who is currently working at United Nations Environment Programme-International Ecosystem Management Partnership centre (UNEP-IEMP) which is based in Beijing, China, he is open to transboundary and international  contribution to the betterment of the world.

　　　报 告 嘉 宾： 张海龙 博士  

　　　　嘉 宾 简 介：  张海龙 现于中科院遥感所辐射传输研究室工作。主要从事下行短波辐射遥感估算和NPP模型相关工作，已发表SCI论文4篇，参与生产并发布全球5km短波辐射及PAR产品。近年来主要发表< Estimating global solar radiation using a hybrid parametric model from MODIS data over the Tibetan Plateau>，< A method for estimating hourly photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) in China by combining geostationary and polar-orbiting satellite data>等文章。
