　　Phil Jones is the Director of the CRU and Professor in the School of Environmental Sciences at the University of East Anglia, UK.  He has over 400 research papers with over 73,597 citations, the top 0.5% of highly-cited researchers by the ISI.  Prof Phil Jones is principally known worldwide for the time series of hemispheric and global surface temperatures. 

　　李庆祥，国家气象信息中心研究员、首席科学家、博士生导师，研究方向为气象资料，气候变化。主要从事气象数据产品研发（含气象资料质量控制、气候资料均一性、气象资料网格化与插补）与应用、气候变化序列及其不确定性等。在BAMS，JC等气象领域顶级杂志发表多篇学术论文。
