报告人简介：

Dr. Adisorn Champathong is a Senior Expert on Hydrology at the Royal Irrigation Department of Thailand. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Irrigation Engineering from Kasetsart University in 1996 and a master's in Water Engineering and Management from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in 2009 in Thailand. After that,he completed a doctoral degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tokyo,Japan,in 2024. He has been working at the Royal Irrigation Department for 28 years. His previous experiences contributed to designing and improving irrigation systems. Currently,he works on hydrological information and forecasting,including water quality and salinity intrusion,to support water development,management,and disaster reduction related to water issues across various basins of Thailand. In addition,he is interested in applying scientific research on climate change adaptation to explore adaptation measures for coping with floods and droughts in the future.

赵旭，山东大学威海前沿交叉科学研究院教授、博士生导师，山东省泰山学者青年专家，山东大学齐鲁青年学者。北京师范大学工学博士，瑞士联邦水科学与技术研究所（Eawag）、英国利兹大学访问学者。主要从事水资源评价与管理、经济系统水循环、环境投入产出分析、水足迹及虚拟水、水-能-粮食关联等方面的研究。以第一/通讯作者在PNAS,Nature Water,National Science Review,Environmental Science & Technology,Water Resources Research等中外权威期刊发表论文30多篇。论文被PNAS，Nature子刊，《科学通报》等期刊多次正面引用。SCI/SSCI论文谷歌引用3081次，单篇最高引用551次，H指数28。主持国家自然科学基金、科技部重点研发计划课题、国家社科基金重大项目子课题、世界银行专家咨询项目、瑞士国家科学基金等项目。以第一发明人获国家发明专利授权2项。撰写的咨政建言获得山东省自然资源厅和山东省海洋局的肯定性答复。担任SCI期刊Scientific Reports编委，Frontiers in Environmental Science 环境经济与管理栏目副主编，国际期刊Green and Low-carbon Economy副主编，中国自然资源学会资源流动与管理研究专委会，中国系统工程水利系统工程专委会，中国生态学学会城市生态专业委员会委员，担任Nature Reviews Earth & Environment,Environmental Science & Technology,Economic Systems Research及《科学通报》等三十多种期刊审稿人。
