男，中国科学院地理资源所研究员，博导，“十四五”国家重点研发计划首席科学家，主持了基金委优秀青年科学基金，入选中国科学院“青年创新促进会”。主要从事水文学与水资源研究，以第一/通讯作者在Nature Geoscience、GRL、WRR等期刊发表学术论文80余篇，咨询报告被国家领导人、水利部等机构采纳。
