男，1994年生，湖南衡阳人，中共党员，中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所副研究员，硕士生导师。主要从事信息与人文地理学交叉研究，重点聚焦遥感大数据与乡村地域系统演化探测，城乡转型诊断与区域可持续发展，人地系统科学与国土空间治理等领域。在Science Bulletin、Habitat International等期刊发表学术论文30余篇，主持国家自然科学基金青年C类项目、国家重点研发计划项目专题、中国博士后基金面上项目等3项，参与国家自然科学基金重大项目、重点项目、国家重点研发计划项目、中科院A类先导专项、农业农村部、自然资源部委托课题等10余项。
